Reservation terms and conditions
- To confirm your reservation a 30% of the total amount of stay is required on booking.
- Full payment of the balance must be made upon check-in.
- We reserve the right to claim compensation from the guest for any loss or damage of property in the villa, prior to their departure.
- Reservation prices pertain to 6 persons a fee of 15 euros per night will be charged for each additional adult guest.
- All prices include all taxes and VAT
- In case the deposit is not paid within the agreed time limit, the reservation is considered void.
Arrival and Departure
- Check in may be any time after 15:00
- Check out by 11:00
House rules
- The swimming pool is out of order during winter (30 November, December, January, February, 28 March)
- Pets Allowed (upon request)
- Parties are not allowed.
- During winter, house heating is by air-condition.
- The 7th person could sleep in an extra guest bed, which can be placed either in the living room or in the big bedroom (fist floor with the two single beds).
- The 8th person can sleep on the sofe-bed in the living room.
Cancellation policy
- Upon cancellation of a reservation:
- 28 days prior to the arrival date or earlier, 50% of the deposit shall be refunded to the guest (possible costs are to be paid by the guest)
- 27 or fewer days prior to the arrival date, no amount of the deposit is refundable. - Changing dates of reservation:
- 7 days prior to the arrival date or earlier (November to March)
- 14 days prior to the arrival date or earlier (October, April)
- 21 days prior to the arrival date or earlier (May, June, July, August, September)
Any modification to the reservation dates should be made in agreement with the hosts. Deposit is non - refundable, but can be transferred to a new reservation. - In the event of no-show to the villa, the deposit payment shall be retained.
- In the event of a reservation made via an agency, the cancellation policy of the agency applies
- In case of departure before the scheduled date, the total booking value balance shall not be refunded.

- Choose Book now. In which case rates are as stated by Online. Immediate down payment by Visa or Mastercard is required.
